I have to say I moved from Syracuse New York to Alabama. I have had many years of being in the building trades and also teaching it too. I saw my Talon home online and really liked it. I was looking at many homes and kept coming back to this house. I purchased the house sight unseen. I did hire an inspector to look at the house and gave me a full report. Their were a couple of small things that Talon homes fixed before closing. Before closing the builder said I could drop off some things that I had in my truck. When I arrived the house was better than I expected. The builder happened to be there doing some touch up making sure the house was perfect for me and it was. I have been here almost a year and only had one small problem. The shower valve was dripping. I called Talon Homes and the next day builder was here checking it out and also scheduled a plumber. The plumber replaced the cartridge the next day and fixed the valve. I am very impressed with the workmanship and quality. Thank you for my great home.
