After terrible experiences at two other places I walked in to a breath of fresh air. I told the associate about my other experiences and she kept apologizing for them. She made sure I felt comforted and like she wanted to help me. The manager came in to my appointment to guide me about the style that fit me best and was so kind and funny. I won't go anywhere else ever again
