This office has the most incompetent staff I have ever encountered. My doctor, Dr. Burks has been a wonderful doctor and I cannot speak for the other doctors but the nurses and people up front have no idea what's going on. It took over a month for them to get me my ultra sound results for a kidney stone (and only did so after I threatened not to pay my bill) and have cancelled multiple appointments without my go ahead. The nursing staff also seems to lack any sort of basic knowledge of urology. I stayed at this office because of my doctor however I won't be returning and unless you're patient and persistent (ie, willing to call the office literally every day for results and such) I would not recommend.
