We called ahead of time asked if the offered specific styles in the brides size, we were assured they did. When we arrived they had no styles in the size asked for and when we stated the bride needed an 18 they provided an 8. Sad to say we drove an hour to waste our time.

I have never seen worse customer service. The fact that they are still in business after treating customers this way baffles me. We walked in and were greeted rudely and the employees acted like we didn't belong. Then we waited for 30 minutes without any instruction. Once our consultant finally acknowledged us she didn't even ask my sisters budget, style, and there wasn't even one personal question asked. My sister pointed out ones she liked not realizing they were about 10 (not exaggerating) sizes too small. The consultant didn't even say anything. In the dressing room when she tried them on and realized they weren't fitting she became visibly upset. The consultant didn't care and suggested she go to a plus size store for more options (my sister is a normal size -she wears a dress size 10). It gets worse. There was only one 360 mirror where 4 parties had to share. My sister felt uncomfortable going up there in front of strangers in dresses that didn't fit. The consultant asked how she was going to handle her wedding day then!! At this point she starts crying and is breaking out in a rash. The consultant showed no concern. The consultant literally said "I'll try to find one that will fit". Does she realize that's her job!? We left immediately and I will do my best to let future brides know not to go there. Unfortunately this was my sisters first time trying on dresses and that moment is now forever ruined for her. This is the most special day of a woman's life, and you should never feel that way.

Wish I could give zero stars. Went in this past weekend with one of my bridesmaids looking for dresses and we were there for approx 30 min before someone asked if we needed assistance; mind you the lady answered the phone on the wall and walked right past us when we first walked in w/o a hello or anything. RUDE RUDE RUDE. Good thing there are several other bridal shops. Would not spend a penny in this store.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! I ordered my mother of the bride dress through Dior Bridal. I had to have 3 fittings because they couldn't get the bodice of the dress correct. Each visit I showed them it was still too big and they assured me EACH time that once it was steamed it would fit better. I picked it up 3 days before my daughters wedding and it was all packed up and ready to go when we got there, so I didn't try it on until I got home in the afternoon. It was HORRIBLE! Way too big in the bust and the pleats were all steamed out on one side. I had to buy another dress that day. We called the salon and was told Barbara was on vacation for two weeks and when we finally talked to her she was very rude and said I was happy with the dress according to the seamstresses and that I changed my mind and wanted a short dress since the mother of the groom was wearing a short dress! Sooooo rude! We are going to take them to small claims court!

What a TERRIBLE experience. I was the matron-of-honor in my sister’s wedding. The bride got her dress, dresses for all eight bridesmaids, and a flower girl dress at Dior. Everyone was pressured to order a dress in a larger size than they wore and then pay for alterations. Fine. But because the bride was pressured to do that her dress needed to be taken in at the waist. To everyone’s shock and horror her dress split at the seams exactly where the dress had been altered on her wedding day. Nobody realized until the wedding reception, but the holes are visible in the professional wedding photos during the ceremony. The bride didn’t even get to finish her meal or eat the beautiful wedding cake because she was in the bathroom with her mother stitching up her wedding dress. To make matters worse the beading on her veil simply started falling off.

When the bride called Dior after her honeymoon the woman who answered told her she would have to speak with Barbra and she was on vacation. This woman failed to apologize. When Barbara got back from vacation she said the dress needed to be brought into the salon to be examined before anything could be done. The bride lives in a different county, works full-time, and goes to school. She told Barbara this explaining she didn’t know when she would be able to bring the dress in to which Barbara explained she was always in the salon and to bring in the dress whenever she could.

I attempted to assist because of the bride’s busy schedule. Barbara was on vacation again for two weeks when I called and again the woman who answered did not apologize for the situation. When I spoke with Barbara she was rude, talked over me, and explained that they needed to see the dress to see if it needed to be returned to the manufacturer, but she would not even be able to tell me what she would do to rectify the situation until she saw the dress.

When I was able to take the dress to the shop Barbara was flabbergasted that the bride didn’t want the dress repaired even though the wedding day had passed and tried to make me feel stupid for this choice. She then BLAMED THE BRIDE for not noticing the seams tearing when she came in for her final fitting. She would not do anything but refund a fraction of the alteration bill and insisted it was more than fair.

Obviously once Dior has your money they don’t really care about your situation or how they contributed to the stress of your wedding day.

Brides Beware!!!! Do NOT order...

Brides Beware!!!! Do NOT order anything from this store, they will bend over backwards for you UNTIL you pay for your dress and THEN they don't care about you at all!!!! I ordered my bridal dress from them and they told me the designer could make it a sweetheart neckline but it came in and the dress had a completely different bodice! As a bride this is horrifying. They told me there was nothing they could do and ended up having to buy a sample dress from Becker's in Fowler- (who are great!) and now I have to take Dior to small claims court to get my money back!!!! HORRIBLE HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!!!

I bought a dress here in May. ...

I bought a dress here in May. When I purchased the dress they were very nice. When I got a call in Oct that my dress way in I was excited. I waited 2 weeks to pick it up after the call. When I came to pick it up, I waited 5 mins and no one came out to the desk. I tried it on and there were beads hanging off it by strings, the bodice was bent, and it was way too long. The consultant brushed all this off saying, "We'll deal with it when it get altered next year." Okay but what about all this damage? Can't we fix the beads hanging off the dress? What if it gets worse? Why is it too long?

Then I went to pay my balance and the consultant did not want to give me a receipt! She argued with me about needing a receipt and finally went upstairs to "copy" me a receipt. Frustrated beyond belief, I took the dress and went home very disappointed.

I called the store a few days later and told another consultant what happened. She argued with me saying they do not hem dresses, not hearing it was a bridal gown. Then she realized it was a bridal gown and said it would be an additional $150 (not a big deal but why not say you don't custom measure when I buy the dress or listen before you argue) The end result was they do not want to fix the dress without a fight and they gave me a damaged dress and seem not to care at all. The worst customer service I have EVER had! I would discourage anyone from going here to get their bridal gown. How can you deliver to your customer a damaged piece of goods and not fix the problem when it is brought to your attention?! Shame on you!

Appalling Service

I had not heard the greatest things about Dior Bridal Salon, but I was willing to give them a chance, because their dresses are absolutely gorgeous. Well, I walked in and another bridal party was on their way out. The store was then completely deserted. However, not a single sales representative walked up to me and my bridesmaid to offer their assistance. Not even a hello! I thought that strange, so I took it upon myself to walk to the front desk and "make the first move." I asked if I could browse the dresses and try some on. The sales rep gave me a look over and condescendinglyasked me if I had an appointment. I replied that no, I don't, I wasn't aware one was needed. I also mentioned that the store was empty so could they just make an appointment now and let me try on some dresses. Without a hesitation, she responded no. Just like that. I was floored. As a bride, trying on a dress is supposed to be one of the funnest things you do as you plan your wedding. I could not believe the arrogance of the staff. They made me feel like Julia Roberts in Pretty Woman, when the staff acted exactly the same as Dior Bridal, like I was trash and not worth their time. Well, they missed out on the big bucks. I'm one of those brides that wants everyone to get their dress from the same place, bridesmaids, flower girls (I have three), mothers, and grandmothers. Sorry girls, you won't be helping me, and I will NEVER recommend ANYONE going there for their special experience of buying a wedding dress.

great store, great service.

Online I had read not so many great things about Dior, but I also heard the opposite. So I was confused if I should go there or not. After looking around and not finding "the dress" I decided to make an appointment. I went there on a Saturday, and they were really busy. I thought about what I had read and was kind of hesitant, but when I walked in, the staff greeted me with a warm smile. The lady was very helpful, she asked me what I had in mind, I even showed her a few pictures. After that she selected dresses that she knew would be for me, and she even allowed me to look through and see if I found anything. Even though they were very busy I never once felt that I was not wanted there, or that they did not want to help me.To say the least, these dresses were beyond beautiful, and my consultant was wonderful. I later went back to look for my bridesmaids, and agian the ladies who work there were very helpful. They showed me colors and explained ordering and made this, what I thought was going to be hectic trip, very relaxing and easy. I had such a great expirence at Dior, I would recommend anyone to go there. You will find your dress there and be treated with great service.

Horrible Experience

I wouldn't recommend this store to anyone. Not only did I have a problem ordering/altering my bridesmaid dress, everyone in the wedding party (including the bride) had problems. Not only were the employees rude and unhelpful, they were extremely unprofessional.

Good dresses, bad service

I had read a lot of negative reviews online regarding Dior service but after shopping around unsuccessfully for a wedding dress, I came in for an appointment. I described what I was looking for in a dress and my salesperson pulled 1 dress. I tried it on, liked it, and decided to buy it in less than 5 minutes. Despite a close to perfect fit of the floor sample, they recommended ordering the next bigger size. I thought, they are the experts so I'll do what they suggest. The dress was ordered and I'm still waiting for it. Meanwhile, I've researched other locations nearby that also carry the dress. Most of them encourage the purchase of the floor sample and will even sell it at a discounted price. Looking back, I'm sure this will cost me substantially more in alterations. I was just so ready to be done shopping for my dress that I rushed this purchase. Next time I will call around for a better price and hopefully friendly service. Overall, I would say Dior is a beautiful store, the service is not great but they probably have a dress that will make you look beautiful. If that's all you care about, I'd recommend putting up with the service.

Horrible Customer Service

The first time I went to Dior, I purchased an evening gown. My first impression was that the staff was rude and gave short answers. However, I wanted that particular dress so I purchased it from there. My second experience w/ Dior was recently. I am looking for a wedding dress, and they carry the designer that I prefer. So, I tried Dior again. This time the arrogance and poor attitude from the entire staff was overwhelming. They look right at you, and walk right past you. No warm greetings, not so much as a "can I help you". They ignore you, and act as though they have better things to do than serve you as a customer. It's as if you're bothering them by being there. It's unbelievable to me that they've managed to maintain their business w/ such poor customer service. I read other bad reviews about this particular bridal shop, and they are all true. ABSOLUTELY THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE!

The Best

They were so helpful. I went to a bridal salon in Birmingham and it seem as though all they wanted was my money. However, when I went to Dior, the staff was awesome. They told me that the dress I wanted I could order with or with out the expensive flower. The salon in Birmingham never mentioned that. The salon owner then stated that if I did want the flower she could make it for me at a reduce rate. My fittings always seemed personal and never rushed. I love the staff. I would do it again with the same a salon.

Poor customer service!!

BE KIND and not rude to your customers. If a mistake is obviously made by a seamstress then do not blame it on the customer by attacking their weight. I am sure weight is the reason why some of the alterations don't fit women but it is not always the reason. People do make mistakes even if they have been doing alterations for 45 years. Please take that into consideration and think about apologizing instead of attacking the customer. The experience left me very upset with your services.
