I visited this clinic twice for a severe cough caused by drainage in my throat. On the very first visit I explained to Dr. Waitzman that my Endocronoligist, who I had just seen the day before for a follow-up on my thyroid removaI, suggested it was one of my heart medications. Dr. Waitzman said there was absolutley no way it was the heart medication.



I spent close to $300.00 not including medications that Dr. Waitzman perscribed for me to clear this up. He also sent me for sinus xrays, put me on steriods, put a scope through my nose to my throat to take a better look (over $200.00 each time he did that procedure) and could not figure out what was causing my problem but insisted on doing more tests/meds.



I ended up back in my cardioligist office with shortness of breath. He asked me why on earth I was on steriods. I explained that Dr. Waitzman had put me on them for the drainage. He changed my heart medication and the coughing and drainage stopped!



Both my Endocronoligist and Cardiologist were very upset with the unnecassary tests/meds that Dr. Waitzman put me through.



I have since stopped going to him and have refused to pay a recent bill from his office for $167.00. Money for tests that were never needed had he listened to me re: the heart medication.



His office help is indifferent and rude. On my last visit there they were calling bars to make a reservation for all of them including the doctors to enjoy happy hour..........out loud and in front of patients.



I am suggesting you look elsewhere for ENT relief. It will only cost you alot of money with no results at this clinic. Unwarranted tests and meds!!
