I can't stress enough how happy I am that I gave this business a chance. They showed me all the things that were done incorrectly and corrected it...soon enough, all my papers went through successfully. I appreciated how they kept me update and allowed me to view my file showing everything done. The owner and the ladies in office were so lovely 5 stars!!!!

They are the most professional people I have dealt with. My family of 14 have all had successful experiences with this business. I do appreciate all the work done. I recommend to anyone who wants to see results

Bassam is so nice

I came all the way here after I had troubles from other immigration service in Cleveland, ohio (will not disclose). I was very pleased with the service. As soon as I provided all of the necessary documents, they worked quickly on my relatives papers, fixed the mistakes and everything worked out great for my family. I really appreciate the service here

I want there to get one of my family member paid 400.00 he just filled the application didn't follow up on or nothing just lip service and promises for nothing I got screwed out of 400.00 dollars

The owner will smooth talk you with respect until he gets your business but after that you're nothing to him. My papers were rejected twice thanks to Bassam.

the staff is very nice and knows what they are doing. They act as if you are family and will joke around with you. The owner will help you out as much as possible when it comes to the fees and he will work out a way for you to make sure that all fees will be paid and a way to make sure you services are always the best. I will recommend!!
