I went here for a 2 year old new hayabusa the color I wanted listed online for 3000 less then a 2016 model. When I went in the first time I walked around 45 min and was ignored. Went online and asked for online quote and did get a call back and wad told to come in. I did go back and the salesman Josh had me fill out credit app and left me sitting 2 hours till he said the bank was closed and never discussed price or anything but did do 3 hard pulls on my credit. Spent next week not getting calls returned. Finally went in and got approved thru secondary financing and at my fault didn't realize they charged me 1000 over what the bike wad listed for. A month later I call asking for my papers for the plate I transferred since they hadn't only to find out I had been riding on the wrong plate because they ordered a new plate instead of transferring mine. When I brought this up they looked at me like I was stupid and blamed the sec of state. HORRIBLE dealership,salesman and customer service

I took my 2014 raptor 700r se here for the 1st service and I wish I hadn't. I picked my raptor up & noticed the rear grab bar was bent & scraped like it had been 12 o'clocked, & it was not that way when I dropped it off. I also noticed my dog tag with my name on it was missing from my key. When I called & questioned the ppl @ the manager he was very argumentative & said he's not replacing anything. Also tried to argue with me about my friend who supposedly had hit a car in the lot when we dropped our 3 ATVs off for there 1st service. I was confused because he never said anything to him about it and still hasn't & there still not finished with his atv 3 weeks later but he wanted to argue with me about it..... None of us will be going here again because they are terrible. If u don't want your expensive toys joy rode don't come here.

Just went today (5-13-14) to buy a motorcycle jacket. It was posted everywhere that it was 15% off all jackets in the store. When I brought jacket up to counter, he (ginger looking guy), said that it has to have a special tag for the 15% off. Even though I should of got 15% off automatically, I did my research before I walked in store and I knew I can get it delivered to my house for $30 cheaper. What a waste of time. Your better off ordering online then going here.
