This is the worst claims handler in the world… I have been doing this for over 25 years and have never come across such a rude and inexperienced individual before… No follow up calls, and no compassion for the situation at hand. Very unprofessional, and I’m surprised that she works for Ameriprise Insurance co. Time to cancel my policy.
