The Chef: Brian Neuens’ passion for culinary expertise comes from two decades of experience at local fine dining establishments, as well as large venue caterings, such as Lambeau Field and PGA Golf Tournaments. Each of those experiences has helped him develop the unique offerings at Bleu. He has an eye for presentation which is reflected in each creation that is served to you.
