The owner Pat has a mind set of a bug when it comes to satisfying customers.Pat stated her independent operators does not represent her and she does not care what dissatisfied customers say .Correct me but any owner with common sense realizes anytime you send a customer out of your establishment that has paid for your services whether you as the owner perform the service or not is a representation of your business, and the value of services.I went back into Styles 102 just to request that she makes it right . (Pat, the owner ) was very defensive ..combative and argumentative ...The prime reason why black owned businesses are look down on ...and very questionable when it comes to what type of services they offer and if they are able to offer customer satisfaction and repair the relationship between themselves and unsatisfied customer resulting in referrals or loyal client/customer base.Pat didn't take ownership ,responsibility or accountability.I recommend that all avoid Styles 101.
