Reiki Energy Healing Reiki is a Japanese technique for stress reduction and relaxation that also promotes healing. It is administered by "laying on hands" and is based on unseen "life force energy" that flows through us and is what causes us to be alive. If one's "life force energy" is low, then we are more likely to get sick or feel stress, and if it is high, we are more capable of being happy and healthy. The quote pretty much defines what Reiki – the healing touch is. It is a life force energy to improve one’s health and quality of life. It has a spiritual component in its healing. ‘Rei’ is the Japanese word for ‘Higher Power’ and ‘ki’ is the Life Force Energy. In other words, Reiki is a ‘spiritually guided life force energy’. No certain religion is required to receive Reiki Energy Healing, Reiki promotes balance and harmony within our mind, body and spirit. Reiki as a healing modality is easily integrated with traditional systems and alternative therapeutic practices. There is no faith or religion that Reiki is uniquely aligned, it exists simply as an understanding that everything is energy. Reiki is spiritual in nature and one only need consider the premise that changing your energy will help you heal. There are favorable aspects for the body, mind and spirit of those who participate in Reiki, that is, the practitioner acting as a vessel for the Divine Healing Energy and those receiving it, are served where it is needed. Rei means Universal Spiritual Awareness. Kei means Universal Life Force. Readings: Readings are a private and comfortable way to connect with your angels for guidance and clarification on life issues. You may need help with a relationship, a job, or some other important challenge. Your angels are always with you-your Reader helps them help you! What to expect: You will fill out and sign a short information form then we can discuss your Reiki session. Payments are taken care of before the session by cash, credit card, PayPal Sessions usually last one hour and sometimes maybe a little longer.
