This evening i got to use my walk-in tub (Sanctuary) for the 1st time after the 36 hour wait after install.

It was so wonderful. Tho just 55, I have 2 prosthetic knees, and thus was unable to exit from a regular tub.

My master bath is very small and the shower and single vanity had a wall between them, thus causing the light over the sink to cast shadows.



The only improvement i think that could be done to a walk in bath is have the swing in door have the handle on OUTSIDE of door instead of inside w/ the locking cams. And the bubble maker closer to the faucets to prevent accidentally turning on. But i am a careful person, so will get usta to the functional uses of the tub.

Premier Care did a great job on my dad's bathroom. He lives in a 55 and older community but is pretty independent. Because of a war injury, he has limited mobility on his left side which has made bathing pretty difficult in the last couple of years. Even though I get over to see him about 4-5 times per week, I can't always be there to make sure he's okay in the bathroom. My mom used to be able to help him but she's been concerned about him when it comes to getting in and out of the shower. We had a small lip on the last shower in the house and dad tripped on it a few times but we didn't really know what to do about it.



Then, I saw an ad for a Premier Care walk in shower and gave them a call to see what it would cost for a new shower that would make it safer for my dad. We had a rep come out to the house and talk to us about different options for tubs and showers that would fit in the existing bathroom. Although it was a little pricey, we decided to go with one of their walk in shower models that would fit in the bathroom and make it safer for my dad. They handled pretty much everything, especially the installation, which took a little time but was well worth it. Their staff was very courteous and helpful and did a fabulous job installing the shower. Now my dad can bathe all by himself and I have peace of mind.

I wanted to share my experience using Premier Care in Bathing. I have an elderly mom who's really been struggling the last couple of years getting in and out of the bath. A friend told me about Premier Care and suggested I call them to learn more about their walk in bathtubs. I felt like I needed to do something for my mom because she needed help getting in and out of the tub and I didn't feel confident enough to catch her if she slipped getting in. I could also tell that she was getting more and more reluctant to get in and out of the bathtub as well.



After I spoke to one of the representatives at premier care, they scheduled an appointment to come out to my house and learn a little bit more about my situation. After the representative came to the house, I explained my concerns and they offered a number of different options. I told them we would need a little time to discuss what we wanted to do and would get back to them.



In a couple of weeks we decided to go ahead with their Sanctuary model and I'm so glad we did. They made the installation look easy and it didn't take long at all. Most importantly, my mom is feeling much more confident about taking a bath all by herself and I'm much less worried.

Don't trust this company. I was recently hired there based on my desire to help people in need. I thought everything was going great until I began to see how exactly they run the business, I was immediately attacked by a "veteran" employee on my third day of work, following that things began to unfold. Before I knew it I was terminated for a racial statement that I supposedly made, unfortunately it was conjured up by a group of a caddy women who seemed to dislike me from the beginning. Needless to say they are very sloppy and unfair, they claim to not tolerate harassment in the workplace yet terminated me based on an accusation made by an employee who stated to numerous employees that her intent was to "get me fired no matter what it took", and that she did. Their products are way over priced and do not take care of their hard working employees in the least. My entire experience with PCB was completely and utterly miserable.

I recently purchased a walk in shower from Premier Care in Bathing and am very happy with the service. Not only is the shower great, but it was easy to deal with the company. They explained what options were available to meet my needs as well as installation and financing. The actual installation took a little longer than I would have liked but that may have been an issue with some unexpected plumbing that couldn't be anticipated.
