Very Unprofessional and Irresponsible

I told one of the staff when I left for summer break to freeze my account & he did get all the information he wanted & he told me he was going to give his boss first thing in the morning. But they kept on diducting full money from my account for last three months, when I came back I explained all the history to the manager and he was very unprofessional and blamed the staff and blamed me for not telling him personally. All this costed me $114.00 which I didn´t get any service from.

Top notch place, very clean and excellent classes. Not over crowded like some gyms. three different group class studios, and everything was included, even tanning, in my opinion best value around. its a 25 to 35 year old-ish club, nice people and I feel safe being there, nice location.

This is a really nice club SUPER CLEAN, and everything worked no broken machines. Fair and honest upfront pricing, good tasting smoothies too! Overall the best around. Classy place.

The new gym is not any better. Staff is very rude, will cuss you out when you ask to see the owner about problems. Will tell you whatever you want but will not actually do anything. Has BBB rating of F, Florida consumer service 6 complaints...again not any better..

Due to the rudeness and tendency to gawk of trainers, the staff, and the majority of the clients (meatheads abound here), I found that most of my workouts at this gym were uncomfortable and not at all enjoyable. I joined mainly for their classes (for their cardio equipment is severely lacking) and then they canceled half of the classes I liked going to a short while later. The staff member who signed me up also lied to me, saying that when I moved after I finished with school canceling my membership would not be a problem (he signed me up for a 3 year contract to "make it cheaper" even though I only had 2 years of school left). Due to my own stupidity, I took his word for it instead of reading every fine line of print in the contract and was made to pay $150 when I moved after I finished. I would not recommend this gym to anyone looking for one to join, check out planet fitness down the road- friendly staff, a ton of equipment, and no tricky we-want-your-money contracts.
