I COULD NOT BE HAPPIER!. first I did look at the reviews and was concerned but my granddaughter loves fruit and I live 5 hours from her and felt I needed to give it a try. Placing order and receiving confirmations went smoothly. My granddaughters mother and I do not communicate well and sadly no one was at home at the time of the delivery. I not only received an email of the status but the delivery driver (Kristie- sorry if I misspelled) called me from her personal cell and left me shop info and her own cell # about setting up another attempt. I work and I did not listen to my messages till after 5 and again difficulty in getting reply from the mom, I left a message & a text on the Kristie's cell and then also spoke to a lovely young women at the shop on Sunday morning at 10am. BOTH were super attentive and willing to work around the delivery time for me. Delivery was made and I received a text from Kristie right after to update me AND then the official email updating status of delivery came next. THANK YOU SO VERY MUCH. I WILL BE USING YOU AGAIN!

I wish you could rate this store with less then one star . Absolutely the rudest and unprofessional sales associate I have ever had to deal with , failed to deliver and failed to notify us of the failure .... Just kept the money until we called and they made no attempt to make it right ....

I have used edible arrangements at other locations quite frequently. I will say i have never dealt with such an unprofessional company in my life. I placed an order for my mother on mothers day. It was never delievered. I nor she ever received a phone call stateing the delivery had failed. I tryed calling all day and the next with no answer. I had to call the edible arrangments service center and was greeted so rudley and was treated poorley. I will say i will never recomend this location nor the edible arrangement company ever again. They have lost me as a customer. I am totally allset with this company and the rude people that work for it
