No shade, most sites very narrow so if you have slide outs, you will get to know your neighbors. The pool is not heated so can't be used in the winter. Bathrooms very clean including the laundry room. The main problem is the manager and staff are very rude, talk about campers in front of others. Rules are enforced according to how they feel about the campers. A few older people (who have been coming there for years) have been asked to leave -owner states he is not running a nursing home. Not a way to run an RV park in Florida.
