The worst office staff I literally have ever encountered!!! The techs and Docs are wonderful, but the over the top rudeness of the front office ensures a horrible experience

This is the most horrible experience I have ever had with ANY company that provides goods & services in ANY capacity. They are slow, rude & unprofessional. The thing is there is really no reason to write a review because they have had horrible reviews for years & still no changes. I tried just sticking it out with them because they are down the street from my job, but at this point I'd rather buy them from the flea market (not really). Just bad business.

I went there as a "walk-in" 1 wk ago bc i got a metal shaving in my eye at work. Dr Broome removed the metal and followed up with me until i was healed...def beat going to the ER.

I usually bring my family to the Orange City office (its called eyesavers) bc the doctor there speaks spanish and its easier for my mother to communicate there. Yesterday we went to the daytona eye center bc dr nick (our spanish speaking doctor) was working over there. i was very happy with the service and everyone was friendly. we love dr nick and will follow him to whichever office he is at.

mary (wife) and i love dr broome and his staff. we always get great service. highly recommend.

I love this place!! The doctors are so down to Earth, the girls are nice, and prices are the best around. I have been coming here for over 11 years!!
