Worst Pool builder , My pool 4 yr old and as you can see the deck is in absolute mess . I requested and appointment with Brian owners son our job supervisor , to talk over final stuff and fix a few things and make final payment of 400.00 ( other paid in cash) . They ignored my request and didn't take last payment . Instead they took away all warranty . My Light has went out , pump took a crap and the deck is horrible . Brain is a plain worthless human ., these pick are 2 of 22 craks and chuncks missing on my deck .Go else where even next door is a great pool supply and builder .

Our pool was finished in October 2015. Though the sales person was a bit difficult to deal with at times we were very pleased with the final design he did. The overall construction through sub-contractors was ok though the measurements of the pool and decking had to be corrected. We received a bigger deck because the pool itself was short on length by about 6" and in width by 4". (Advise measure yourself B4 pouring) My main issue is I have a pool deck that was less than 5 months old with cracks EVERYWHERE! Not to mention the huge one going ALL THE WAY ACROSS THE DECK! We are told that until it reaches a 1/4" wide it's not going to be repaired. Fortunately, as it's already an 1/8" that should be sooner than later. I don't believe that less than 5 months after construction I should have had a pool that now looks 5 years or more old. I do question the quality. All you can do is just roll the dice! We didn't totally crap out but we didn't really win either. Good luck with Artesian!

We had a pool built July 2014 and My husband had to supervise the job every step of the way. Artisian Pool claimed to do all their own work but every step of the way is a different subcontractor. The "supervisor Jason" was never around to supervise just collect money. Our pool too has cracks around it but the stupidest thing is is they did not install a overfill drain so that when it rains the over fill will not drain out. We were told the water can not go above the plastic band that runs at the top of the tile so we have to be home to physically monitor the level of the water & pump out when it gets too high. Planning an upcoming vacation my husband called Jason several times for him to give us an estimate to install the overfill drain. Never calls back. He calls the owner Brian & talks to him, still nothing happens. We end up calling another pool company to come & give an estimate. TERRIBLE customer service & experience - don't use them!

Unfortunately, all that you read on the Yelp website about Artesian is not true. They are NOT trustworthy and I can guarantee you that trust is not their top concern. Their top concern is getting their money and keeping their money. Within seven months of our pool being finished, we started seeing cracks developing on the pool deck. One of them runs almost from one end of the pool deck to the other. There are cracks all around the pool and cracks running from just about every spacer on the pool deck to the top of the tile of the pool. As soon as we saw the cracks starting, we contacted the company and the secretary, Jill, said they would take care of it as soon as the busy season was over. We contacted them again, in October, and Jason came out and said they did not cover cracks in the pool. Yet, when we initially bought the pool, they said they guaranteed all of their work. NOT!!! I would NOT recommend that you use this company. We had a pool put in at another location, approximately two blocks away, from a different company which is no longer in business, and we never saw a crack in 15 years!!! So, don't believe the experience and dependability part either because they didn't have the experience to put our pool deck in properly, and they are NOT dependable. Nowhere in our contract does it say they do not cover cracks. Brian, you lied to us and we are very upset about having an ugly pool deck after less than a year. Shame on you!!
