Called Troy for a washer problem. Arrived in about an hour. Professional, knowledgeable and very pleasant. Not only did he identify the problem quickly he also made my dishwasher work again with just a magic touch! He did not charge me more than a service call amount (which was sooo worth it) he made me trust service professionals again!! I would feel extremely comfortable recommend him to all who need an honest service person with great professionality!

Superb service, fast response, quick repair, and very affordable price. Troy is very professional, courteous, and gets the job done fast. The water pump on our washing machine started leaking, and Troy diagnosed it within minutes, went and got a new pump from a local distributor within a few minutes, and had our washer running as good as new within a couple of hours of arriving.

The owner, Troy, told us he has been swamped lately with all the people moving to Florida from other states, so we were lucky to fit into his schedule so quickly. So be aware, you might not get quite as fast service as we experienced, but unless you have an emergency, Troy and All American Appliance are worth a reasonable wait. I am so impressed I will certainly call him again if we need an appliance repaired.

The service technician was incompetent and the dispatcher was unapologetic. Worst customer service possible and never fixed the problem. 4 home visits, no results. First visit was a diagnostic and parts were ordered. 2nd visit technician called ahead and then was a no show. I was home the entire time and they tried to tell me they rang the doorbell and I never answered. Really? Third visit, tech. Installed parts that did not fit with knobs. Then he broke the handle off the oven door. We notified the company that the knobs did not fit or operate with the mechanism he installed. When he returned to fix the damage he caused to the oven door, he refused to fix the knobs. He claimed we took his plastic adapters that he swore he installed last time and he would do no more to fix our inoperable stove burners. How does one even argue against this kind of detachment from reality. 4+ weeks later we now have to start over with a new company. NEVER NEVER NEVER USE THIS COMPANY. If this company is selected by your home warranty provider, ask them for someone else from their list.

I bought a frigidare dishwasher which malfunctioned 1 month later, being under the warranty they sent this repair company to my house. The "technician" said it was a faulty door latch. He said they did not have that particular part in stock. They claimed the part would arrive in 7 days and would return to install it. 10 days pass, no call, I call them. They claim the part is on back order for about a week, ok. About 20 calls (most not answered or returned) AND 3 months later!! I finally get them on the phone only for the lady to tell me the part is still on back order!! So I get the part number call frigidare and find out it's not on back order. The part arrived 2 days later. Not sure this is even a real repair company?

I have a Home Depot appliance protection plan so I called them about my range which had a faulty burner switch. Well, they send a repairman to my home, he comes in and looks at it and says you have a bad switch. He proceeds to 'change' the switch ( I was not looking over his shoulder) and leaves. A minute after he leaves I turn the burner on and it's doing the exact same thing as before (making a noise like it's shorted). So I call him back and he did not want to come back, he calls me a little later and said he needed to come back in two weeks and replace all the switches on the range because they were all bad. So I called Home Depot and told them what happened and not to send these people back to my house. They sent another repair company, the repair man replaced the switch (I was looking) and he left me the old one which was all burned up and had never been replaced!! He stayed with me for about 15 minutes to see if the burner did anything and it worked perfect. It was just the one burner switch and this other guy never replaced it!! He just acted like he did and wanted to come back again for another service call to replace all the switches!!! I would not recommend these people, I wonder how many people they have done this same thing to.
