I've used their salt room...which is very nice a few times. The problem is there's never anyone there to answer the phone and when you call the voicemail is full. And they don't call you back , same with email you email them and they don't get back to you, And when you finally do talk to someone they're not very professional

If no stars was an option, I would pick that!! I found this place on Groupon, called to make sure they had an appointment before I purchased the deal of a 90 minute couples massage for $125. We arrived at the facility and we're totally impressed, especially given the location. The massage was mediocre but when we were all done is when the problems began. I went to the cashier who said the total was $125, handed her my debit card, she swiped it, I entered my pin, added a $20 tip (totalling $145). She told me the machine didn't take my card. I handed her my same debit card again and we went through the steps listed above all over again. I signed my receipt and we went to the car. Using my online bank app I discovered that my card had been charged twice by this facility (totaling $290). I went back in and showed them where the money had been removed twice with separate transaction numbers. The cashier was insistent that they only had one transaction yet my account balance said otherwise. They were unable to even attempt to cancel the second transaction. After an hour the owner wrote me a business check for $145 to correct the problem. I took the check and went on my way, content that the owner resolved my issue. I deposited the check into my account and 2 days later (on Monday) I contacted them again to see if their bank found the money, which they stated they still only had record of one transaction. I even had my bank send a certified letter to the owner that both transactions occurred to my account from this place! 2 days later (Thursday) I was hit with multiple fees because she stopped payment on her check. Now I'm out $290 plus $30 fees for a $125 dollar massage. DO NOT GO HERE, THEY ARE TOTAL CROOKS!!

This spa has the only Salt Room Therapy in the Daytona area. I love it...along with the staff. Beautiful spa, wonderful treatments!

This day spa is absolutely GORGEOUS!! Could not believe the elegance and excellence in the services that this hidden treasure in Holly Hill had in store for me. This place is definitely my new monthly retreat to de-stress, rejuvenate, and treat myself to an afternoon of true luxury!! Thanks for being the best kept secret in the area....but not for long I"m sure! :) Cant wait to try the Jet Clear Hydrodermabrasion now!!

The atmosphere and place are very comfortable and charming, as soon as you walk in, you feel very welcome all employee's are very friendly and accommodated. And the have the sophisticated day spa that no one have....the best part is the salt room thats really amazing and have all the health benefits....the salt room its like heaven!!!!
