One star is more than they deserve. I found the company to be non caring and would not try to resolve a problem. I placed a Tshirt order for $11.95 on a Sunday. Moments after placing this order I found a $6.00 diecast car that I wanted to add to this order for ONE SHIPPING CHARGE of $7.92. I could not change the order on line so I called and left a machine message and I also emailed Workflow One on that Sunday. On Monday I received a telephone call and an email advising "TOO BAD" can't do anything about it, You need to place your $6.00 order and incur an additional $7.92 for shipping if you want this car. Just for the record the car and the Tshirt are the GEICO LOGO. I offered to pay the cost of the product and tax and asked for WORKFLOW to absorb the ADDITIONAL $7.92, "no can do". I am basically giving them free advertisment and they won't spend their own $7.92 when they made no effort to fix my order when I notified them thru 2 means. One star eqates to my $7.92 dissatsifaction.
