Today is 9.14.2012. I went to the Centerville location at approximately 7am. The two workers were not pleasant and gave me the distinct impression that they had no desire to help me. The woman lied to me when I specifically asked if my bagel had been toasted. When I got to my office and opened the bagel, not at all toasted. The customer service there was lackluster bordering on rude. This is not entirely uncommon, I have found, for Tim Hortons in general. Very disappointed and will no longer support this restaurant. Did not want to choose any stars, but have to choose at least one in order to submit this review - they do not deserve even this.
