For the first few months everything was fine, then there was a mistake on behalf of the gym staff with my account, in trying to figure out what had happened I was treated horribly, and told it was my problem and verbally confronted by one of the members of management, only to find out it was a mistake by the staff member who had originally set up my account. I was not treated as a valuable customer, I had even referred other members up until that point, which obviously stood for nothing with the gym. If was an individual looking for a new gym I would avoid this location and this company, because even when I took the issue to the corporate office my phone call was never returned, its obvious they just want you to sign a contract and then from that point on you have to deal with whatever kind of service they want to provide you with. I would pay double what I paid here just to know my business would have been appreciated.
