Provided by SuperpagesI have been taking my dog Watson to PetSuites Dayton for two years without complaints until now. In the last year, I've also brought my partner's dog Ellie for boarding stays and both dogs have done very well. They have on-site grooming which has been incredibly convenient. However, this most recent visit is why we'll never come back despite many positive visits.
Ellie has medical issues and requires daily medication. Every stay we've booked, we've noted this upon drop-off. Watson has allergies and Ellie has acid reflux and takes vet-prescribed antacids. All of this was communicated at this visit and every previous visit. During our most recent stay, the medication was given to Watson all week instead of Ellie. Not to mention, when it was given to Watson, it was given to him with cheese (which he is allergic to). If the medication had been for something more severe than acid reflux, this could have been catastrophic for both dogs.
While they apologized, we were not compensated for their mistake in any way.

Provided by YP.comI didn't bring my dog here, I live across the road and want to warn any dog owners who care about their dogs- DON'T BRING THEM HERE. When the dogs are outside, it isn't uncommon for 20-30 dogs to be crammed into the same runner because the employees are too lazy to use the other ones. The result is a bunch of dogs that are clearly highly stressed and stepping on top of each other. To make things worse, the stupid employees walk around screaming at the dogs and blowing an air horn in their ears- which inevitably makes the dogs more stressed. (If any of employees read this DOGS HAVE GREAT HEARING) You never see the employees giving the dogs any love or positive attention. If you care about your dog at all, bring him/her somewhere else. I wouldn't trust those fools to watch my gold fish.

Provided by YP.comIn August we had to go to Ohio for my fathers funeral and we couldn't place my two dogs in there usual resort in Orlando on short notice, so we took them with us. We found a hotel that excepted dogs, but it was aweful and I didn't want my babies staying there. So my sister recommended Petsuites. Well, we couldn't believe it. It was just perfect. It was unbelievably clean. Everybody was so nice. My dogs were not eating. Probably due to their first long car ride ever. So I dropped by with some can food. And the called me to tell me that they ate and #2. They didn't have to do that. I was so thankful to have found them especially since my mind was on my family during this time.

Provided by YP.comI took my GS here and they were impressive. I read all the reviews and was apprehensive. I decided to give them a chance. The grooming department is great. The rest of the facility departments I can't comment on......haven't used those other departments.

Provided by SuperpagesI have used the Dayton and Cincinnati PETsuites for doggie daycare. I have been very impressed with both facilities, and most especially the staffs at both locations. The people who answer the phone, the greeters and the dog handlers all exceeded my expectations. Your facilities make it possible for me to leave my dog for the day and not worry about her at all while I'm gone.

Provided by SuperpagesPetSuites Dayton was beautiful! Sounds silly, but it was so nice to walk into the facility. The 'kennel' part did not smell like it was a kennel, kept very clean. Glad to know that my dog was staying indoors unless taken out for play/potty. Best nail trim/cut he's ever had! Its a 30 minute drive to PetSuites from our home but it was worth it. Loved to hear the feedback at his pickup, showed he really was monitored, which is great with a dog that has some separation issues!
