I have never had anyone else clean my house before, but due to post-op restrictions, I had to hire someone to come in and clean it.



I was very impressed with your staff. Not only were they professional, courteous and friendly, but they walked through the house with me and asked me what and how I wanted it cleaned. I appreciated their flexibility in using some of my products and their attention to detail. They worked the entire time they were here, and did not stand around talking with each other. My husband, who originally fought the idea of having someone else clean it, told me to book a cleaning with Molly Maid every 2 weeks, which speaks volumes! He thought they did a very nice job, as well.



Office Staff are very professional and courteous too. They really make doing business with them easy! :-)

This company is a joke. I worked for this place for about a month. The female owner is very rude. She did not like that i did not want to call and harass people to get a clean. They wanted me to call the same ppl day after day. I was cussed at hung up on. I never got any positve feed back from them when i did a good job and closed a sale. When i didnt close a sale it was always what i did wrong. I had one person tell me they wanted to look around before they said ok to the clean. The own then jumped down my throat about why i did not close the sale. they push ppl in to getting a clean. This is not a good company to work for. I would never send someone to them for a job or a clean. Dearing the holidays they had me call repeatedly customer from past years that are not with them any more to get a clean. I then called this week to bring in my shirt and pick my check up. she told me i had to have my shirt back by Wednesday to get my check this week and that because its past Wednesday i would not get my check this week. So i have to bring in the shirt by nerxt Wednesday and they will amil my check out i cant come get it. A company is not aloud to with hold someone check. I have spoke with a laywer and will take this as far as i need too. Just buy the way this comapny treats the employees if i was a paying customer i would cancel services with them.

Very professional and neat maids. They didn't ask for any supplies from me and did a thorough job. Excellent customer service in the office too and booked my clean quickly. Definitely recommended!!!

Just used them recently during the Holidays and very happy with their quality of clean. They were upfront of the total cost.... DID NOT have any hidden charges. :-)

I've been with them for the last 8 years and they have always cleaned the house according to "my needs".
