We believe in building relationships with our vendors but had to finally let this one go!! We have been a repeat customer for a number of years and unfortunately there were more orders wrong than right. The last straw was a comment made by one of thier sales reps belittling our company. Please read their return policy - NO RETURNS - even if the color isn't correct!! Mark Bromagen and his staff could use a few pointers on true customer service and how to build strong, loyal customers. I would recommend spending your $ with a company that truly cares about your business!!
