I have been going here since 2001 (tax year 2000) I have ALWAYS had GREAT service until this year 2016 (tax year 2015). The owner; Rolania Lee prepared our taxes. She totally messed them up. She only added part of my income and when I pointed it out to her, she told me that is all she had to do; this has ended up costing us money out of pocket that should have come out of the return. Then she told us our city was $190 but it is really $241. Thankfully I returned home and went through our past tax returns finding I was correct. We had to go back there, talk t one of the people who have been there for years to correct her "mess up" ...the one that could of in the long run cost us TONS! I will no longer send any one to this "business". She seemed distracted and had to ask so many times for help and still didn't listen to what was said. She also was on her cell phone, very rude to a young lady worker there and treated the young lady like a slave. VERY RUDE! Save your time. Go else where.
