We have found this shop owner to be very helpful. We have taken our Boy and Girl Scouts there as they work on cycling. The owner has always taken time to explain bikes and answer questions. He's very good at heading you in the right direction as you modify a bike.

I have purchased a bicycle in the past here and also had tune ups and repairs as well.They do excellent work and back everything up in case something is not right.Got fitted with the perfect bike and accesseries.very polite salesman that does'nt just try to make a sale..very honest and trusting.buying here was the best choice for my needs in bicycling and plan to purchase another bike before spring from here.

Good assortment of bikes, accessories and clothing. Owner was very nice to us. We were looking for a Trek 4500 hardtail and though he had many other models he was short of this one but he said he'd order it for us. Good service.

i ride bmx and went in for a sprocket converter and wanted to show them the spindle to see what size i needed because we are talking about milimeters here and i didnt wanna spend 10 bucks on something that wouldnt fit well i got there and i asked him about it and he wasnt knowledgeable about it in the first place then i mentioned i had it (bike) in my car and i could grab it and we could see which one fit but he acted as if it was a waste of his time and just blew me off by saying that i need to go home and measure it myself and then come back and buy it when i was the only person in the store . he couldnt take the time to look at it instead i had to drive the 30min back to my house to measure it with the tools i dont have. i even mentioned how far away i lived multiple times so that maybe he wouldnt make me drive all the way back its just sheer lazyness and i nore any of the 100 other bmx riders in englewood will go there we spend hundreds on bikes each year and we deserve better serv
