I was extremely happy with their service! I received my estimate very quickly and my new garage door within three days. Bryan was wonderful and the price was fantastic!

I Called around to several places to get a price on a cable repair. Giraffe Door would not give me any ballpark estimate as to what this job might cost. The person i spoke to on the phone only wanted to keep pushing to send out a repair man, and when he is there he will give you the cost. Why does every other garage door business give me a price range of what this might cost? Very miss leading.

Have to say that contacted Giraffe doors the night before on call because our fairly new garage door was not going up.

I suspected due to the weight of the door that it was the counter balance system. Sure enough that is what Mike confirmed. Mike arrived a couple of minutes before our 9:00 A.M. appointment and by 9:17 A.M. the repairs were complete. Mike was courteous, respectful, efficient, and professional unlike their competitors.

I had a terrific experience. The staff was very friendly when I called. A locksmith , David, came out within an hour. After he diagnosed my problem he gave me a quote for parts and labor, David was fast, super nice, and did a great job. He took time to make certain the area around the door was thoroughly cleaned before he left. I'd recommend this company to friends and neighbors!

Had a Torsion Spring break and fixed the same day.Very dependable and fast on service calls.

I have called on Giraffe-Doors on three different occasions over the past few years to replace my garage door opener, replace part of the door and most recently to replace a broken spring. I have found them to always be dependable, reasonably priced, honest, on time for appointments with quality work. I wouldn't call on anyone else.
