First of all this urgent care center needs to update their website so customers can leave comments. Second, I was not too impressed with this center. The staff was not very friendly from the beginning. In addition, once my vitals were taken, I waited for the doctor for 30 mins. No one ever bothered to check to see if I was ok or even to update me on when the doctor would be in. So I took it upon myself to wander out into the hallway to find someone that could help before leaving due to frustration. Wouldn't you know the first person I ran into was the female doctor. I told her that I'd been waiting to see the doctor for 30 mins and she goes on to say that she's the doctor and had no idea that I was in the room waiting. That to me says they need some sort of system to notify the doctors when patients are waiting. I couldn't believe it. She kept apologizing then came into the room about two minutes later. I never did get her name because she immediately asked why I was there. After it was all said and done, she diagnosed me with a common cold which i found hard to believe. So here I am 4 days later not feeling any better after taking the recommended meds: Mucinex and Flonase. Not to mention I'm losing my voice. I can't wait to see my family doctor this week and tell him about my experience. It was a total waste of time and money!

Absolutely HORRIBLE!!!! The lady taking my vitals was uneducated and seemed confused as to what she was doing. I had to spell each and every medication that I was allergic to and currently taking then she still put the wrong meds in. The "DR" was a joke! He walked in with his shirt unbuttoned and chest revealed with a dingy looking lab coat that had food stains on it. I was being seen for a bad cough and was told it was just a virus that pregnant women get that they cant shake and wrote me a prescription for cough syrup that I can buy over the counter. No antibiotics that I needed because I am pregnant and he wasn't an OB. I followed up with my OB today and have BACTERIAL PNEUMONIA!!! Not just a "virus". This place is a total joke and I will NOT be back if my life depended on it. How this place is still up and running is beyond me!

This is the worst URGENT CARE I have ever been to. I went in because I felt really dizzy, I thought I was going to faint- the nurse was condecending and when I was tearful because I was scared (I had never felt this way before) she said I had nothing to be so upset about! YOUR PATIENT'S ARE ENTITLED TO HOW THEY FEEL!!! They said I had a bad infection and told me to go home, take motrin and make an appointment with my FAMILY DR. Really? My insurance paid alot of money for this and I paid a $35 copay to be told you were going to do NOTHING!!?? No antibiotic? CRAZY!!!--- went there w/my mom and we had to park far away, down a little hill- we were walking thru the parking lot of their nurses was getting out of her car- RIGHT OUTSIDE THE DOOR!!! When we left we saw another nurse leave. OMG what lack of compassion they have!!! How unprofessional---the staff should not be parking there!! Youre not sick- you can walk a little bit... My friend went there with a broken arm and they gave him a script for Motrin- WHAT? His insurance paid, he paid a copay and they gave him a script for MOTRIN? No Thanks--- I will wait to see my Dr where they are all professional!!!

I have had fever for 2 days n have a sinus infection. Everyone was nice... until the Doctor. He looked at me for 30 seconds n left. I took my script to the pharmacy--he gave me COUGH SYRUP--no antibiotics at all. Had to go back and talk to doctor who informed me that I have a virus, antibiotics wont help me, he knows this because he spent 30 seconds with me. Complete waste of time and money and Im still sick!!!!!!

Don't know WHY this care center is listed TWICE, but I got real good service here and am glad they are open 24/7. There was lots of parking places and I got right in to see a doctor.

My erxperience was very good. There was essentially no wait, seen quickly by a very friendly and capable provider. It was easy to find with ample parking and nice facility. This made a visit to the doctor fast and complete. hope to stay healthy but nice to know this is available.
