I had my car fixed cheaper, faster, and for less money than any shop around!

It was a horrible experience. I went there to fix my front bumper cover, however they didn’t install it properly and the bumper is skew. They charged me 200 bucks to paint the bumper and 60 more to refinish & install it. But when I was called to pick up the car, I found the bumper was not even buffered and he asked for 60 bucks more to do it which he didn’t mention it at all when we ask the full price before. More ridiculously, when I pick my car, I found there was some new scratch on the door which was not there before I dropped my car to them. Even worse, after I complained all these unacceptable issues, they denied all the facts and shirk responsibility and shut me out. I don’t feel safe and called the police for help and the policeman suggested me to post it online and tell my friends not come. I will never ever go back to that irresponsible body shop.
