Complete ripoff scam artist!! Ordered my warranty part, kept it, and never fixed my tv!!! He does just enough to get your information and then is impossible to reach!

The Better Business report on this company pretty much says it all, this business is an F. He came out to do an assessment on our 42" Samsung Plasma monitor/TV, after looking he said he would call Samsung and tell them what the problem was. He later called stating that the parts alone were $250, but has to this point, refused to say what parts were needed. More distressing is I called Samsung to ask them about which parts he was recommending, they did not have a parts list from the technician, and he had already filed a claim with Samsung that the repair was complete. This particular person has not shown any trust worthiness to his point, and I do not recommend using him, certified, contracted, otherwise, I do not feel you will receive the service you need, especially not at a fair price.

well ive been waiting for this part for a month and they told me when they ordered it that it would take a couple of days and im still waiting and they havent called me back so never got the service yet. very disappointed

Called A's Electronics for a problem with my 52" TV. Receptionist was very friendly and said she would have Al call me back that he was out on a job. Al called me in about 10 minutes and I explained the problem to him, he said he knew exactly what the problem was. Made an appointment with him and on the day of the appointment he called and said he was on the way. When he showed up he was Friendly and Professional. He fixed my TV in about 30 Minutes and the Bill was cheaper then the estimate he gave me over the Phone. I suggest you pay no attention to any of the Negative reviews as I think they probably come from his fellow competitors. I highly Recommend A's Electronics.

I know there are a lot of negative reviews on here, and all I can say is this guy must have really cleaned up his act. After calling just about every tv repair company in the city of Dayton, only to find that no one would work on a Samsung flat screen, we finally found A's Electronics. The woman who answered the phone was very polite, and told me she would have Al call me back right away to set up a time. He called about 5 minutes later. I explained what was going on and he said he was familiar with the problem, and could come out the next day. (He even gave me a price over the phone!) Later that same evening, he called and told us he had a cancellation and could come out right then. He had the part we needed stocked on his truck, and had our tv fixed in about 30 minutes. He even gave us a cheaper price than he had quoted! He was very professional, and definitely knew his way around a flat screen. I would highly recommend this company if you care as much about our tv as we do!

Same chapter & verse as the other reviews: Al had to order a part from the company; Al returned phone calls at first but then stopped; Al turned a perfectly good TV into junk. Al said the problem was a bad transformer. You can buy one from Panasonic for less than $10 retail. But my "Al" nightmare gets worse: Al took everything from inside the TV except the picture tube and speakers. Two months later Al has returned the parts but only after I got the police involved. And, I have no way of knowing if everything is there and if it is in the same condition as when he took it. Al walked up to my door with the power cord wrapped around the exposed circuit board with parts swinging left and right. Al turned my $2000 hi def 3 year-old TV into an expensive dust collector in my garage and I'm out over $1000. If you have problems with him don't bother with the BBB, go to the police or the Attorney General. I gave him 1 star because I can't give him 0. Anyone giving him 5 stars must be a relative.

Al came on 7-13-07 to fix a tv,and it broke again 2or3 days later.We called and he came back out but had to "order" another part.Well he came a week or two later but conviently had the wrong part.We have not heard from him since.We've repeatedly left messages,but to no avail.Our next step is the Better Business Bureau.DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY/MAN!!!

We called "Al," the only service man working for the company, who showed up the day we called to gladly accept the money paid to have him inspect our television and diagnose it. He said he was going to try to acquire a part for us. From that point on he never returned our calls. The number provided for his business is an answering service that can only relay messages to him. It has been several months now since we first contacted him, and repeatedly try to contact him with no call back. He will take your money and not answer his calls. Don't waste your money.

My JVC 56in rear projection T.V. needed repaired.No one in Richmond IN. worked on wide screens or JVC models,there is only 2 repair shops here in Richmond.Called A's Electronics they were very friendly and made a home appointment.Less then 2 days a repairman was at my door ready to fix my set.It took all of 30-45mins and my JVC was like new, for a great low fee.I Highly recommend this service!!!

not very professional, has been weeks since he came to fix tv. 3 months later still cant get him to come fix it. doe not return phone calls. dont waste your time or money on this company.

He took a tv with a minor problem and turned it into a $350 piece of junk. It was in better shape before he touched it. After he was done, it was way beyond repair. Don't waste your time or money on this joker. Do yourself a favor and go to someone who knows what they are doing.
