Keep on moving do not stop here. I went to buy 6 fish sandwiches they are supposed to be on sale 2 for $4. The clerk could'nt comprehend I did'nt want sauce on 4 of the fish. Then they forgot to put my RB sandwich in the bag all this flustrating business caused me to forget my name let alone the coupon I had they were not about to ask for it. I got home and realized what had happened. I called Arby's and Debbie answered the phone with a bad attitude. I told her what had happened and she could careless I was not allowed to take my coupon back or anything unwilling to bend or make a customer happy, she could careless about the entire ordeal. You people need to look into your Managment team if this is how they treat people. This little deal cost me $29.00 for 6 fish and one jr roast beef and two fries. I would have never in a million years paid that amount for such little food. I will never ever return to your establishment I have never been treated like this in any situation. I hope every one in the world reads this and understands Arby's sucks and they don't give a darn about anything but the bottom line whatever it takes to get it. [email protected]
