Here they consult with you before the service starts. They are always going to classes for the newest and best technique to make you look the way you want! Everyone there is friendly, make you feel right at home, and treat you like family. I will not change salons again!! Glad I happened upon them!!

My wife had her hair cut by " Brad". She had beautiful long blonde hair. She simply wanted to have the dead ends trimmed and some layering. He showed how much he was going to cut(about 3 inches) and she agreed to it. He wound up BUTCHERING her hair. Bangs are super short and completely uneven. Her hair is now shoulder length(was waist) and is far from symetrical.SHe spent that night crying. The next day she did go in and talk to the owner who offered a free follow up with a different stylist. No acknowlegement that the cut was bad. She actually chose to defend her stylist rather than admit he did a horrid job. Avoid this place at all costs! She will not be using her "free" follow up as they have proven to be completely incompetent. She would have got a better(and much cheaper) cut at great clips. Be warned!!

You know how you ask for a half and inch cut off and they cut off half a foot. Well not here. They make you feel like you are part of there friends group, they get detailed with what you want done to your hair. I am from Oregon and was terrified to find someone to cut my hair since I have had the same lady for 12 years. At Tru hair studio you will not be disappointed and it doesnt cost your power bill just to get your hair trimmed.
