I moved to GA from FL and was on an apartment waiting list, so I made temporary arrangements for a place to stay and contacted Secure Lock to reserve a unit for my things. One day before my move an apartment opened up for me and I had to cancel my Secure Lock reservation. Imagine a business keeping a unit for you for a month only to learn, "Sorry, don't need it". Well, I called and then stopped in when I reached the area. I asked Carrie how much did I owe and she told me not to worry, I owed nothing!! Wow!! That's was amazing. I found Carrie to be warm, friendly, and efficient on the initial and subsequent contacts but she really won me over that day. The entire facility is clean and secure. I heartily recommend if you need a place to store your things.
