I WAS VERY DISAPPOINTED AFTER SPENDING $800.00 and more on several pair of glasses. I had one pair that was close, and the second $400.00 pair were.horrible. I could not see anything out of them. I returned to the business regarding this matter and they kept my glasses over 3 week. I phones them several times, and Dawson Vision acted like it was.net important. They refused to even help out in any way. I warn you, please.do not let them ripped you off too.

i.We will never go back to Dawson Vision again!! Even with insurance, we paid $329 for frames and lens. The glasses came in about 2 weeks and were scratched badly on the frame. They sent them back and the glasses came back still scratched and it looked like they simply tried to buff out the scratches. Then, could not see out of one eye with the glasses. We drove almost an hour one way 5 times to remedy the problem. We demanded a refund..they refused. I contacted our Prescription Insurance Company who had them agree to refund $79. I can understand things going wrong..but after all of this..the best policy was a full refund without out the hassles. Maintaining the highest level of ethical, moral and professional standards is the least they can offer. But they didn't. e., A local favorite, or highly recommended because

My husband went last week and I went with him to check out Dr. Burke. I feel Dr. Burke performded a thorough examination and answered any questions we had. I have now made an appointment for myself. Very satisfied!

Wouldn't go anywhere else for eye exam
