Our furnace went out on Christmas weekend. We called for emergency service on Christmas Day. The technician showed up in a short amount of time, Jason, I believe. He tried repairing the furnace, but, it was beyond repair. He told us to call the office the next day for a free estimate. We scheduled it for the following day, Tuesday. The salesman was prompt and knowledgeable. They scheduled an installation for the next day. Technicians Justin K and Eric came and got the installation done in just a few hours. The work order number for the job was 12A212282. We are glad to have the work done so quickly and professionally.

When we had a new furnace installed, it was installed immediately and Justin did an exceptional job getting it set up and running. The work, equipment, and his service is above and beyond. Michael/Frank HD208104 9-10-23 did a good job On installing my furnace once they were finished they told me what I need to do to make sure sure I get the best out of my furnace.

Brendan and Eli did the pipe fitting work on the instillation our new Generac (#RA20701). They answered all the questions I had. I found them to be proficient, friendly and courteous.

We just had a new Lennox furnace and a/c unit put in, job # HD208018 by Brandon & Travis. They did a great job, they cleaned up the job site and answered any questions I had for them. They explained how to use the thermostat and explained the low and high cycle of the furnace. I will and would highly recommend Holland Htg.

From our initial in-home consult with Jeff to the installation process from start to finish of our whole home Generac generator on June 6, 2022 we were very satisfied. The electricians who worked in conjunction with them were also very knowledgeable and did an excellent job in making sure all of the wiring was connected properly to run the generator efficiently. The team did a great job getting the generator set up and walking me through the process on the day of install. They took off their boots and laid down drop cloths to ensure my house stayed clean. Brandon is great at what he does, but would be a first class consultant. He is honest and made several recommendations that made me feel more comfortable that the job was done right. If you are looking for a generator, I highly recommend asking for Brandon as your consultant.

We have used Holland Heating & Cooling for years. We always have them perform a spring and fall maintenance/check up. This spring, we decided to finally upgrade our furnace and air conditioner units. The salesman Rick did an awesome job helping us pick out the units that best fit the dimensions of our home and budget. It was completely installed in 1 week. The technicians Andy and Travis arrived when scheduled, were professional and courteous. They did a great job on the installation, going above and beyond. They actually fixed and/or adjusted existing hardware like humidifier, duct work and high power air cleaner that had been installed by others to give the new equipment the best installation. Would definitely recommend Holland Heating & Cooling.

Our experience with Holland was smooth and satisfying. They provided a clear quote for service and scheduled installation as soon as possible. John V installed a new air conditioner where the old one, taken away by the house's previous owner, had been, and fixed part of the furnace. He was professional and courteous and did a great job considering that he was working shorthanded by himself. 5/13/22 (Job # D205138).

The Sales Rep, Rick, did a great job explaining the Generac unit and what to expect during installation. The install crew, Brendan, Eli, John, and John did a first class job. They explained the operation of the unit and answered all my questions. Very satisfied with Holland's service.
