Short version
After installation on 4/28 the ball was dropped in many ways by Davison Heating & Cooling – now Davison Home Services. From a missing part (needed in order to pass inspection) that I am still waiting for going on almost 3 months after install, to being double charged for the entire unit, having a tech come out for 2-3 hours for an estimate only to never provide a quote. It has been the longest drawn out process to wrap this up.

Long Version

I was scheduled for a start up with a Tech on 5/4. When start up was complete I was advised verbally as well as printed on the invoice :
*The cap that covers the hex screw for the valve is missing, office ordering and will get that installed in the next week or two, it will not hurt unit to run*
The gentleman said that it would take 2 minutes to put on and since it is on the unit outside, they can just park and put it on without me being home.

When paying for the unit, I did part with my account and 3k worth on their 0% financing. When Wells Fargo was set up and I had visibility, I had been charged 6k. After a week, almost two of calling as well as telling them I spoke to Wells Fargo, they fixed it before my first statement cut.

After the finance situation was handled, I requested an estimate to add some ductwork in the front room that has the thermostat in it. The Davison Heating & Cooling estimator (Tim) who came out was very friendly, took him about 2-3 hours.
Unfortunately, I never received an estimate, even after multiple follow-up attempts.

Instead of providing an estimate, after a month they sent me a text and voicemail from a technician saying they were coming the following day for another estimate. Keep in mind, I did not request or schedule this with anyone, just asked for my quote.
By this point, I had already had HVAC Comfort come out (25 min for an estimate and 2.5 hours to complete the whole job).

We love the A/C unit that Davison Heating & Cooling did for us! As a small business, we really needed something affordable, but effective, and the Bryant unit they put in really fit the bill. We knew TJ from past work and knew we NEEDED him as an installer, as we trust his work and his experience really shows! So we talked to Joe Ploof, who was very knowledgeable as well, and we agreed on a very reasonable price! TJ and Rickey were here in a timely fashion and did a wonderful job on the install! They know the product through and through! I will always recommend them!

Had an appointment for a furnace cleaning/inspection. Good thing we did. Brien found a crack in the heat exchange and believe it or not, in 29 hours we had a new furnace and A/C unit (our choice). Joe Ploof set everything up and Paul, Trent and Rick made it happen. In six hours the old was out the the new was in. Great bunch of guys!! Friendly, fast and efficient!! We highly recommend.

Sorry I am just now putting in a review from this last summer. Not very good with technology. I couldn't find where to go to subm it. I think I have it now! Tom was here in June and checked my heating and cooling system. As always, did a great job. Got it all ready for the summer months and a wonderful fall season. He is always on time, or if running behind, always calls to let me know. He is friendly,knowledgeable and professional. I have nothing but good things to say about Tom and Davison Heating and Cooling. They are always up front with me about what needs to be done or what doesn't.

We can't say enough about Randy and Tom the men that Davison Heating and Cooling sent out to install our furnace. They went way beyond to insure that everything was installed right and working and running perfect. We are very impressed with this company and their employees from Joe the salesman who sold us the furnace to Randy and Tom. What a great company to deal with. We will recommend them to friends, relatives and our neighbors. Some very happy customers. The Scotts

They really know their business, and they care about their customers. We recently changed our heat from propane to natural gas, and their technician, Randy, went the extra mile to make sure we were satisfied. We definitely recommend their company.

Thank you, thank you to Davison Heating & Cooling for their excellent staff... they gave 100% plus, from the initial technition and informative salesperson to the furnace installers. Our home is small and the area for our furnace is smaller, which required a huge amount of patience, knowledge and ingenuity to complete a quality job. We will recommend your company to others.

We had a furnace installed 2 days ago. Wow! These guys did a fantastic job. We had an issue yesterday. I called the office and they sent their guys right out. I forgot to get one guys name, but the other was Randy. Both super nice guys. When we ordered the furnace, the guys did not try to sell us the most expensive model-in fact they sold us a model that was less expensive, explaining that the model we purchased did exactly the same as another more pricey model. I appreciate that they did not act like they felt rushed, they worked together as a team, and they addressed our issues. I work for a very customer service oriented company, so I am trained to watch contractors and how they act. These guys acted like they actually cared about their company's reputation. I was very impressed. I will definitely recommend this company to my friends and family.
