#rippedoff #bamboozled #badservice they're usually nice but This time the girl did NOT no the meaning of customer service at all! Bad attitude from start to finish! Asked for 2 soy milks a cafe misto blonde roast no foam n a caramel mocha frappe. The soy milks weren't filled all they way n had ICE when I told her i didn't want ice she rolled her eyes, who adds ice to milk anyway unless asked! The cafe misto was nothing but foam n definitely not the blonde roast! Starbucks needs to have a better training program ASAP!!!!
