Over promised,,, Under delivered!!!!



Jeff Doan Inc., aka My South Florida Handyman aka Bermuda Borders completely botched our hardwood floor installation in June 2015,,, our floor buckled on Nov 19,,, notified My South Florida Handyman immediately only to have him say he would charge us $1,400 paid upfront to come out and diagnose,, turns out he had no idea or clue on what he was doing,, hired a flooring expert to come out 2 days later and said it was 100% caused by the installer (Jeff Doan Inc., aka My South Florida Handyman). Jeff Doan Inc, aka My South Florida Handyman was sent a copy of the report and even disputed the findings.

We hired an expert flooring contractor and he couldn't believe the incompetence of Jeff Doan Inc., aka MSFH, saying that an apprentice could have installed this floor better and more professionally. Will only be resolved is through legal proceedings, which will take place at the appropriate time.
