Great service. They were able to help me quick and gave me advice on how to install the ECM by myself to save money.

Dealer wanted to rip me off $1400 for the same ram unit I paid $400 for at auto source. I drove 1200 miles with this unit and have had zero issues.

Don't buy a FICM from these guys. They are junk. There warranty service is a joke. Don't believe there 24 hour turn around.

could not be happier with my purchase. Ordered it online, they processed sent it and boom it was perfect. I simply unplugged my old computer and plugged in the new one. I had forgot to mail back my core right away and they called me to remind me and the return postage was included. thanks again!

Do not buy from this company. I ordered a tcm on the 5th of the month. They called me back within 5 minutes because the zip code on the card I gave them was wrong (I have a ship address and a different zip for my bill to) at that point I gave him the correct zip code - I was told Id have my part in a "few days" I never got a call back. I called them on the 10th and asked to track my order. I was told Id have my part on the 13th at that point. I called "richard" back on the 13th because my part had not arrived. He said it wasnt shipped because my card didnt work. He didnt even recall that he called me within 5 minutes of the original order. I asked him how it was possible that he tracked my package if it wasnt sent. He didnt know. (because hes not telling the truth) He did have the balls to call ME (the customer) a liar. I wouldnt even waste your calling these people.

Do not buy from this company. Their remanufactured PCMs do not work properly. The one they sent me did not start my truck. They made me send it back to have it reprogramed. Within weeks it start throwing codes. Turned out the sensors were fine the computer was bad. They drill out the back of the PCM housing which made it useless for a core when I got an OEM PCM from the dealer. Got stuck with a $125 core charge. Make sure no PCM/ECM supplier comes from Davie Fl. It's the same company operating under a different name.

Do not use! They put additional charges on your card without authorization up to two months after the first purchase and call it a "Core Charge"
