I took some rugs in to be cleaned & they came back looking worse than when I took them in. The owner agreed & sent them out to be re-cleaned. They came back looking a bit better but still had a lot of dark areas that weren't there originally. I decided I could live with the discoloration in the smaller rug but the larger one was ruined. I went in with my store receipt expecting them pay me to replace the rug (it's not even a year old) & they refused, I was told they weren't responsible for the outcome of the cleaning process! I will never do business with them again.
