I called to make an appt there for my son to get his hair trimmed and styled for homecoming and he now has short, about 1/2 inch long hair that is badly chopped up!! I was told when I called how Hank did the best w mens styles yet even with a picture he messed up my sons hair, which can't be fixed since there's no hair left to work with!!
