We started at Gymnastics Spectrum when we first moved to the QC. Very disappointed with the lack instruction from the coaches. Also seemed to be a very depressing atmopshere. My daughter who used to love gymnastics started to lose interest. We switched to another gym and couldn't be happier that we made the change.
