I went to this Goodyear Service Center to have a noise checked out coming from the rear of the car. They wanted to check out everything and came up with a diagnosis that a complete overhaul of the brake system was needed, along with an axle bearing. Problem is, they gave me a $1400 brake overall and then determined they didn’t have the equipment to change out the bearing which is what the real problem was and still is . So why didn’t they tell me they didn’t have the equipment to start with. I wonder why….. They saw this old man coming is why. I’m sorry now I didn’t read other reviews about this place that were also not happy customers.
