i went to the sears outlet on cass in Darien, Ill, and found the customer service to be very very bad. They did not want to take the time to sell the appliance, only wanted to know if i wanted to buy it. They also asked questions like: are you in a hurry to buy, is your current appliance operable, are you upgrading? I had to follow the sales rep throughout the store to get assistance. He was literally looking over my head to avoid eye contact. I will never go back to this location, and will advise my family and friends not to visit this location also. I had to give this a star rating, but it doesn't deserve one.
