I used Amex for expedited delivery of products for a trade show. I was impressed with the level of expertise and attention to detail. Amex picked up my materials at the airport and transported to the convention center last minute. Couldnt be happier with the service.

Simply keep your head up. The messenger fleet is comprised of independent contractors in privately owned vehicles that must be maintained by the non employee driver. When I called my order into Amex they had to put me on hold for 15 minutes while trying to "find" a driver. To be honest everything worked out but there were off set concerns through out. What kills me is that the independent guy that did the job is no part of the office who apparently passes work out to who ever is around. Putting it all together they will do everything they can to provide full service to anybody but not so much as glamours as presented. overall 3 out of 5 stars good.
