I highly recommend Climate Masters! I interviewed several local HVAC companies as I needed to replace a 15 year old heat pump. I chose Climate Masters due their reputation, product line and contract price. From the initial interview through the final installation, the Climate Masters personnel were courteous and professional and had the installation completed within a few hours. I am extremely satisfied with the new Carrier unit and my overall experience with Climate Masters.

We had to have our AC and Heat pump replaced and Climate Masters were $3,000.00 less than who we were using and actually had a maintenance agreement with. Very respectful, courteous and prompt. Covered our floors before doing work and cleaned up after work was done! Went well above what we were expecting we are very impressed and will tell anyone that needs to have work done or replace a unit to call Climate Masters They ROCK!!!!

An outstanding company who offered us a fair price to replace an old unit with two modern Carrier units...our home has never been more comfortable! The technicians who installed the new air handlers and outside compressor units were true professionals and left our home clean and back to normal upon completion. We are 100% satisfied! Profesional, knowledgeable, trustworthy & pleasant all describe Climate Masters in Spanish Fort. These guys follow thru on their word & do exactly what they say they will do.

We are very happy to have Climate Masters of Spanish Fort right around the corner. We have had them out to the house several times and have always been happy with their work. Yesterday we had them install a complete Heating and AC unit. They came on time. covered the work area, and got the job done. It had to be 100 degrees or more in our attic but they persevered. Very professional and friendly. We highly recommend them.

Since moving into present home we have had maintenance contract with Climate Masters. They are very personable and explain what they are doing when checking our older heating and air units. Great service!

Richard and Jessie came by to do a seasonal check-up of our heat pump that is backed up with a gas furnace. While Jessie was inspecting, Richard chatted with us, making sure that we understood exactly what our HVAC was composed of and making available some items to think about in the future. They answered all questions that we had. Thank you to the team including Melissa in the office.

Climate Masters just replaced our 21 year old heat and air conditioner unit. Richard was awesome to deal with. Everything he said he would do, he did. They were on time and very efficient in getting the job done. I highly recommend Climate Masters.

Highly recommend these guys!! They are very knowledgeable, HONEST and professional! . As I have, most homeowners on this block have used them for years, and they always say what they're going to do, and DO what they say.

Air stopped working, Climate Masters was contacted and they came out in 15 minutes on Christmas Eve. If that is not GREAT customer service, I don't know what is. We have been with them for 30 years and they have always provided us with excellent service. They have even come in the middle of the night. Great service by people with great attitudes. We had an upstairs a/c go out on Christmas Eve, not realizing til 5:30 p.m. We had continued a contract from prior owner last year.



Called their number, got the answering service and got a call back in 5 minutes. We hoped to get it fixed by Saturday after Christmas.

They gave us a time for Christmas Eve, showed up early, diagnosed a faulty thermostat and had it repaired and running in one hour. Great, great service at a very fair price. Would recommend them to anyone looking for a service contract for their a/c. Many thanks from my children for not sleeping in the heat on a balmy Christmas Eve.

Great people with really good prices. They had a contract with the prior owner of the home we bought last December, and they sent ME a letter explaining that we have two free A/C servicings left under that contract (which runs with the house, not the person). They could've just stayed quiet and saved the man hours, etc., but instead they honored their contract, came exactly when they said, and did great work. Solid business run by solid people!
