After I scheduled an appointment for the following morning, James arrived early and was extremely knowledgeable about the critters in question (mice). I had a lot of questions as I was curious about the process and concerned about other animals, so he took time to explain the hows and whys behind the methods used, along with the habits of the critters themselves. My mother recommended this service to me after positive experiences, and I would recommend it in turn to anyone looking for critter extirpation.
