Had been to Napa & purchased a rear windshield wiper. When I asked how to install-was told look at the directions. Went to another Napa & asked how to install as I couldn't figure it out.Was told by 3 staff they couldn't help as each Napa has its own franchise. Then went to Autozone & told my story.The staff put the Naper wiper on the car in 10 seconds without question!! Autozone are professional & customer friendly esp to seniors!!Thank you Autozone for helping with a Napa issue!!!
