DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE! Shoddy work and they refused to correct their own errors. They were called to repair a combined washer dryer unit installed in a closet in a bedroom. They charged $350 to repair the washer unit.



The washer worked perfectly, however when they reinstalled the unit they pushed the washer/dryer too far back, crushing the dryer exhaust hose and pulling it out of the vent. A load went into the dryer and the room was closed due to the noise. When we opened the door it was like a steam room inside. The freshly painted walls were ruined.



We complained and they scheduled a return visit between 9 and noon the following Monday. I waited all morning and the never showed up. When contacted, the owner explained he forgot to write the appointment down.



When I explained that I could see the vent was not connected to the exhaust hose, he denied any responsibility, claimed the installation was too tight and told us they will not come back and fix it and that they didn't want anything to do with any future problems. They also claimed they were experts in these types of combined units. They were clearly incompetent, and not will to live up to their obligation to reinstall the unit in working order. This seems to be typical for these clowns, based on earlier reviews.



With a great deal of effort I was able to tilt the unit forwards and I discovered the vent hose lying on the ground. I was able to properly install a new vent hose of superior quality and the unit is working.



We will be filing a claim in small claims court for the damaged walls and reporting these people to the BBB. Contact me for any additional information and avoid making the mistake of hiring these imbeciles.

Didn't bother to return calls. Must have too much business?

Came to my home on time which is hard for me and my hectic schedule. Had all the parts needed in the van to repair my unit. Great company and very friendly...

We had a problem with our refrigerator one weekend. Overnight the temp went from normal fridge temp to 55 degrees. After discarding all perishable food, I began calling appliance repair shops to have someone investigate the problem before we bought replacement groceries. Unfortunately EVERY place I called in the area was closed on weekends but their voicemails kindly asked that I leave a message and someone would get back to me when they reopened on Monday. That doesn't help me when I've just thrown out at least $100 worth of perishable groceries.

Even though I had to leave a message for A+, imagine my surprise when I got a call back within 30 minutes, and not only that, but was asked my availability for a same-day service call, as their technician was finishing a job in the next town over. The technician arrived within minutes of when I was told to expect him! He was polite, courteous, and quickly diagnosed and fixed the problem. There were no games about the need for mystery parts or comments such as "well, this thing is pretty old
